In changing times and challenging economic climate, we remain committed to offering brands opportunities to reach new customers. We are excited to launch our Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channel in the United States. We invite you to join us in this new chapter of our platform and help us become the home for all design lovers to find your products. Below are some of the benefits for you and your customers.
To meet customer expectations and service standards, we have developed our Fulfillment program to support our International brands' deliveries to businesses and customers.
How does it work?
No Additional Set up
All products are already configured for Retail; there is no additional information we would need from you. Retailer and Trade member discounts would not be accessible to the customer.
*We might need to adjust your shipping ranges to accommodate for smaller order quantities.
Qualifying Categories and
All Categories will be able to enter this new channel. However, only brands with capability to ship within or to the U.S. and products with a maximum lead time of two weeks, will be able to participate.
Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit-payment products.
What’s to love: it’s instant financing for online purchases to be paid in fixed, monthly installments over 3, 6, or 12 months.

Offer Discounts and Promotions
Create discount campaigns for your products. Simply create a promotion on your Dashboard and share the code using our promotion library.

Let your U.S. potential customers know they can purchase your products within the U.S, with the convenience and speed they are used to.
Free Returns, on us!
On qualified returns we will be offering free shipping of goods to be sent back.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, as an existing seller on Aztro, your products are already set up with the Retail Price; you do not need to do any additional configuration.
* We always recommend that you check your allocated inventory on your Dashboard and Product Weights, to avoid any issues with orders.
We will check your shipping and let you know if we need to accommodate smaller orders. If this is the case, we can help you set it up, and you can later edit or modify your costs if needed.
All Direct to Consumer orders will be charged 25% commission. You may reduce this commission down to 15% using referral points.
*Commissions are applied to the total of the order. Credit Card Processing fees are applied separately.
Invite brands, stores, and interior designers to Aztro, and we will reward you one point (1%) towards future sales, assuming the referred account is not already subscribed and approved by our curatorial team.
To provide the best customer experience we have limited the group of brands for the Direct to Consumer channel, only to brands who have the ability to ship from within the U.S. If you are an international brand who wishes to participate, we have created a Fulfillment Service that gives you free Warehousing for your products.
All payments will be made Net 30.
We will charge the Flat Rate shipping configured in your shipping configuration. We will assist you in configuring your shipping to allow for the order of smaller quantities such as 1, 2,3 independent products.
No problem. Simply make sure that in your shipment terms, you let buyers know there will be an additional period for making the product before shipping.
We only support one shipping method per brand, i.e., UPS Grounds, USPS Priority Mail, etc. You will be able to specify the day range for delivery.
We currently only support Free Shipping for customers whose configuration is based on the "Total Value" of the order, not for those using "Total Weight".
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Customized products that have been made to order, engraves, or configured to the customer's specification are not eligible for returns.
No. However, if the reasons the customer is looking to return is due to the following reasons we will enforce a return of the merchandise.
1. Wrong Item Sent
2. Item arrived damaged or defective
3. Wrong number of items sent
4. Item not as described or not shown in the pictures
5. Item arrived beyond lead time and shipping estimate.
In this scenarios, you may provide the customer with a return label. If you do not want to process the return your self, we will provide the customer with a return label, and discount the cost of shipping the goods back to you.
If a customer is not satisfied with his/her order and the item is in new condition, we will provide the return label at no fee to the brand. Aztro will not be responsible for return goods lost in transit. If the brand prefers to provide its own return label, they might process the return at their discretion.
You may change customers with a restocking fee if the order exceeds $300 dollars.
