Aztro is open to all resellers, such as retailers, boutiques, brick and mortar stores, specialty stores, and e-commerce. It is also open to trade members such as interior decorators, architects, and hospitality businesses.

Aztro may request additional information to ensure your business qualifies for wholesale purchasing.
Here are some tips for a successful approval.
- Make sure your documentation is up to date
- Follow up your application with an email providing additional information and materials such as: pictures of your store (inside and outside), how you promote your store (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc), and any other relevant information you think would make it easier for us to get to know you.
We will review your application within one to two business days from submission, if not earlier.
We think of our buyers as ambassadors, that will represent our brand's products out in the world. We carefully review all retailer applications or referrals to ensure that they carry our customers products in the most professional way.
- The store has no proper legal certification to resell.
- The store resells products through Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy, Facebook or Facebook-affiliated web hosting platforms, Poshmark, Cratejoy or other marketplaces.
- The products that the store represents do not meet the standards of quality, style or craft.
- Unpropper physical or virtual representation of products.
- The store has a history of discounting products without proper cause.
- The store operates with a business model of Multi Level Marketing (MLM)
Aztro is a platform exclusively for the design trade, which includes wholesale buyers. Retailers must have a valid Reseller ID, Seller's Permit, Resale Certificate, or Sales Tax Licence.
Qualifications for Reseller IDs vary from country to country, and from state to state. Please make sure to review your documentation prior to submitting you application, to ensure an expedited approval.
Keep in mind that Reseller IDs, are different EIN numbers or Business Identification Numbers. If they happen to be the same for your state or country, please provide us with a copy of the certificate that shows your business is allowed to resell wholesale purchases.
The brand or buyers will provide you with a referral code. In your application on the section " How do you hear about us" make sure you select the “Referral” prompt and place the code . If you do not have a code please provide the information of the person who refer you to us, we would like to thank him!

My Account would provide you with a detailed list of your latest orders, as well as the main links to: Reset your Password, View your Addresses, any communication with sellers, your profile as a store, and any support tickets you may have open with brands.
Any inquiries regarding product information, shipping or other order related conversations with brands would be easily found under your "Conversations" tab,
Your Wishlist is excellent to save the products you might be considering ordering. You can create groupings for your Wishlist, such as "Summer Items," and then review all of these in detail when you are ready to shop.
You can have multiple addresses for your store. You can choose to add your headquarters, central store, warehouse, or office addresses and select them at the moment of checkout.
Points are a way to earn a discount on an order if you are buyer or lower your commission if you are a brand, while helping grow Aztro’s community. We have created a series of Point Earning options you can use to collect points that later can be applied towards an order. One point is the equivalent to one percent of order discount or commission fees. To collect and redeem your points you need to create an Account at Aztro. You will find your points under the Account tab “Rewards".
You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is the lowest amount of a product that you can place per SKU. Each Brand has different Minimum Order Quantities, and some offer discounted prices depending on the amount you buy.

The Minimum Purchase Order (MPO) Is the total amount in value that a buyer must accumulate to complete an order from a brand. Each brand has a different Minimum Purchase Order requirement, which you can find at the top of each product, at the brand's profile or the cart. If you do not meet the Bran's Minimum Purchase Order, you will not be able to check out from the store.

When a product is temporarily unavailable or out of stock, the product listing will appear as "Out of Stock." You will be able to see the product, and in Shipment information, a sense of when it will be back in stock.
The lead time is a period, usually defined in weeks in which the brand commits to preparing the order for shipment. All brands are required to fulfill their orders in the declared lead times.

Also known as the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), or the recommended retail price (RRP), or the suggested retail price (SRP), of a product, is the price at which the brand recommends that the retailer sell the product. Each brand has specific policies about how much more or less can the MSRP be, for this check, each particular brand's profile.

You can contact a brand by clicking " Contact Brand" on the Product Description. The maker will have 48 hours to respond, if for any reason he is has not respond to you within 48 hours, please reach out to us to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can access your conversations by going to the product that you where inquiring about, and clicking " You have past communications about this product"
You can also access all your conversations with brands through Accounts / My Communications.
Contacting brands is the best way to get answers for any questions or doubts quickly you may have about a product. If your inquiry is general and doesn't need a direct response by the brand, we encourage you to submit it to the Question section of the product, where it will be answered by the brand as well.
While all Aztro products have been carefully picked for you, we go even further and help you make the most of your budget. With some small questionnaire about what you are looking to accomplish in your next assortment, we use our curational eye and data to pick the best products for your store or business. Within a few days, you will find a selection of products on your Wishlist, ready for you to order.
We invite design leaders around the world to find their favorite products. This way, you can rest assured these will not only have a great reception from your customers but have the trust seal form the industry.
At the Cart summary, you will find all the products you have selected for an order listed by Brand. You will find the Minimum Purchase Order Requirements on the top of the page, which will hint you if you need to add more items to your order. Once you have met the Minimum Purchase Amount required by the Brand, you will be able to proceed to Checkout.

Each order form independent brands would require an independent Checkout. While we understand this is more work, is the best way we have found to make sure orders are managed by Brand, and can be tracked accordingly.
At the checkout, you will see items, and you will be able to provide the shipping address you will like these items to be shipped to. Note the prices will show as the Retail price, with the discount offered to you as a business.
